InfoLogic owns and operates many products and brands including but not limited to List Logic Ltd, Map Logic Ltd, postcodeaddressfile.co.uk, postcodeaddresslist.co.uk, co-ordinates.co.uk, map-logic.co.uk.  The Terms & Conditions below cover all InfoLogic products and services and those offered through its brands and products.  This includes any product that you purchase through any of our subsidiary sites, brands or companies.
 

Privacy Policy

www.postcodeaddressfile.co.uk is an InfoLogic company and as such follows the Direct Marketing Associations Guides and is registered with the Information Commissioners' Office (ICO).  As such we will not under any circumstance share, loan or provide any information / data collected without the sole authorisation of the provider / person / organisation that provided said data.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. General Terms & Conditions

A majority of the products sold by InfoLogic through its web sites contain Royal Mail and or Ordnance Survey data.  When a client purchases data from InfoLogic they are agreeing to notify InfoLogic of their on-going intentions regarding use of the data on or before the 12 month anniversary - starting from the date the file was purchased.  Specifically, this involves notifying InfoLogic in writing if the data is to be relicensed or the agreement / contract cancelled on or before 12 months from purchase date.

To cancel the purchase agreement / contract, InfoLogic requires written assurance that all data has been deleted and any application built on the back of or from the data has also been deleted, including any copies or references to the product supplied.  Due to the nature of the products offered, refunds cannot be given.  This does not alter your consumer rights!

Important: Failure to notify InfoLogic of either continued use or cancelation of the agreement / contract will result in an automatic renewal for a further 12 months.  This includes InfoLogic issuing an Invoice against the client for the full licence fee which you the client agree to pay on immediate payment terms.
